Neal Watson

Neal Watson is a Corporate M&A and ECM Partner at Travers Smith, a position held since July 2001 after serving as a Corporate M&A and ECM Associate at the same firm from 1993 to 2001. With a broad corporate practice, Neal specializes in general corporate advisory work, UK and international M&A, and corporate finance transactions, including public takeovers, IPOs, and equity fund-raisings. This experience includes regular representation of quoted and private companies, financial intermediaries, and other clients, providing extensive expertise in boardroom and shareholder issues, as well as corporate governance matters. Neal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from UCL, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
