Rohan Sinha is a seasoned professional with a robust background in strategic operations and management. Currently serving as the GTM & Operations lead at Traversal, Rohan was the first business hire at the firm, which is backed by Sequoia Capital and Kleiner Perkins. Previously, as an Engagement Manager and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Global Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company, Rohan facilitated global collaboration on strategic initiatives. Rohan also worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as an Associate Strategy Officer focused on US K-12 education, where Rohan earned the McKinsey-Gates Fellowship for contributing to a significant $1B investment in mathematics. Starting a Master of Business Administration at Stanford University in 2023, Rohan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan.
