Traverse Pointe Partners is a private equity firm that was founded in 2014.  The firm focuses on control investments at the lower end of the middle market, which we define as businesses having EBITDA of $2-7 million. Our focus is on businesses located in the United States and Canada. 

The Traverse team is made up of operating and corporate finance professionals who bring experience investing in and growing middle market businesses. We leverage the experience of our investment team, operating partners and advisory board to participate in opportunities where we can partner with management and enhance long-term value.
