Dr. June Mighty

Dr. June Mighty serves as the Human Resources Management Director for Travis County since December 2023. Previous roles include Chief of Organizational & Talent Development Division and Deputy HR Director at the County of Santa Barbara from May 2017 to January 2024, focusing on executive talent management, organization design, and leadership development. Dr. Mighty has also held positions as Senior Manager at Spirit AeroSystems, Owner of JM Consulting Group, and Strategic Management Analyst for Jewish Voice Ministries International. Early career experience includes curriculum development at the City of Phoenix and military education with the United States Air Force. Dr. Mighty earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Maryland.
