Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelly is an experienced aviation professional with extensive expertise as a helicopter pilot and instructor. Currently, Ryan serves as an Instructor Pilot-Check Airman at Travis County since October 2017, conducting multi-mission operations in emergency medical, search and rescue, firefighting, and law enforcement. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Lead Pilot at PHI Inc and has held positions as a pilot and Part 135 Check Airman at STS VIP Helicopter Services since January 2016. Notably, Ryan has a diverse background that includes being a National Spokesman and Board Member for the Wounded Warrior Project, and serving as a certified flight instructor. Ryan's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an AAS in Emergency Medical Technology from Texas State Technical College-West Texas.
