Ryan Beaver

Ryan Beaver possesses extensive experience in apprenticeship and skills development, currently serving as the External Provider Partnerships and Apprenticeship and Skills Team Manager at Travis Perkins plc since September 2011. In this national role, Ryan oversees the LEAP Apprenticeship programmes across the North Wales, North of England, and Scotland, leading a team dedicated to supporting apprentices in alignment with business objectives. Previous roles include managing the Workstep programme and apprenticeship initiatives at Wakefield Council, as well as operational management for YH Training Services Ltd, where Ryan contributed to the development of training centres across Yorkshire. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Studies from The University of Derby and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Senior People Professional at the University of Exeter.
