Scott Nelson

Scott Nelson is the CEO and Chairman of Sweetbridge, Inc., a role held since 2016, where the open-source platform standardizes, automates, audits, and validates commercial transactions and supports decentralized inter-enterprise resource planning, continuous assurance, and control monitoring known as Synchronized Accounting. Previously, Nelson founded Trax Technologies and served as its CEO from 1993 to 2015, growing Trax into a global SaaS and managed services company with operations on four continents and more than 250 employees, and raising two rounds of venture capital before selling to a private equity firm in 2015. Nelson created technologies in logistics, supply chains, fintech, and financial services and led teams that helped customers improve margins by more than a billion dollars. They have advised congressional sub-committees, spoken at conferences including a keynote at the Dutch Central Bank on blockchain, and authored a long-form article in the National Interest.
