Manuel Durán is a seasoned commercial director with over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing strategies that enhance business profitability and customer relationships. Currently serving as the Commercial Director for the Southern Region at Traxión, Manuel leads and motivates high-performing sales teams while overseeing the complete sales process. Previously, they held key positions at MAPSA, Tiendas 3B, and CEMEX, where they focused on market penetration, account management, and operational efficiency. Manuel holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Internacional.
