Josh Johnston

Josh Johnston is the CEO and Co-Founder of TrayAway, a company founded in 2017 that enhances the hotel guest experience by keeping hallways free of clutter from dirty room service trays, supporting luxury hotels in 20 countries. Prior experience includes various management roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities ranged from In Room Dining Manager to Director of Restaurants. Between 2016 and 2017, Josh served as Food & Beverage Training Manager and Operations Training Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Earlier experience includes serving in dining roles at Crescent City Grill & Purple Parrot Cafe from 2004 to 2007. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
