Jayan Menon

Jayan Menon is the current Chief Risk Officer at Traydstream. Prior to this, they served as Vice President and Director of Operations at Tata Consultancy Services Limited from October 2013 to November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the entire banking operations of the largest private sector bank in the UAE. Jayan's key result areas included revenue enhancement, cost optimisation and highest client satisfaction. Jayan also led Transformation and Digitisation efforts of the bank for enhanced end-customer experience and reduced cost of transactions.

From May 2012 to September 2013, Menon served as President and Chief Experience Officer - Corporate Banking at Yes Bank Limited. In this role, they were responsible for business enhancement through exemplary service delivery to corporates. Jayan leveraged corporate branches, internet, mobile banking and e-channels to achieve the objective. Jayan also worked to optimise the usage of channels and back office operations so as to balance customer satisfaction with cost control.

Before their time at Yes Bank Limited, Menon served as Senior Vice President at TCS e-Serve Limited from October 2011 to May 2012.

Jayan Menon has a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, a Post Graduate Diploma in Comparative Mythology from the University of Mumbai, and is an Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Jayan also has a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and a Certification in Perspectives on Leadership from The Wharton School.

Jayan Menon reports to Sameer Sehgal, CEO. They are on a team with Uzair Bawany - Chief Commercial Officer, Srividya Subramanian - Global Sales & Implementations Head, MENA & APAC, and Richard Wrigley - Head, Technology.
