TRC London has been placing people in flexible workspace and commercial real estate since 2004, and we're still family-run, still boutique, and still obsessed with getting it right.

We specialise in these sectors. From front-of-house and centre management through to sales, operations, marketing, finance, IT and C-suite leadership. From entry level to executive, across the UK and US.

We understand that in flexible workspace, the right hire doesn’t simply fill a vacancy. The people running your spaces influence member experience, retention, occupancy, and ultimately revenue. That’s why our approach goes beyond traditional recruitment.

We combine deep sector knowledge and first-hand understanding of how flex businesses operate. We support operators through every stage of growth - from launching new centres and scaling teams, to strengthening leadership and improving staff retention.

Beyond recruitment, we take a consultative partnership model, helping clients access hard-to-reach talent, structure teams effectively, and build cultures where great people stay and grow.

Our network spans some of the most experienced professionals in the market, and our team are recognised as industry experts, known for representing clients with credibility, discretion and genuine understanding of the industry.

We're FlexSA's only recommended specialist recruiter in the flex sector, which means our clients trust us not just to fill roles, but to protect their reputation while doing it.

If you're a candidate exploring your next move, browse our current vacancies at https://trclondon.current.jobs/ or get in touch for a confidential conversation about what's out there.

If you're building a team or hiring for a critical role, we'd love to hear from you.
