Al Williamson

Al Williamson, PE, is the world's first landlord scientist and an expert on extended stay Airbnb properties. They have helped real estate investors and asset managers since 2011 by providing coaching, training programs, and published resources, significantly increasing net operating incomes. Al is best known for demonstrating income strategies in real estate, including a successful model that covered mortgage costs through short-term rentals. They have a background as a civil engineer and project manager, and have authored three books on real estate. Al currently serves as a Senior Engineer at TRC Companies, Inc., and continues to manage Easy Corporate Housing.
