Alexander Banos

Alexander Banos, P.E., is a Lead Substation Engineer at TRC, where they focus on designing and analyzing substations for commercial-sized solar and wind generation facilities. Alexander graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Sustainable Supply Chain Management. They previously held various engineering roles at LCRA and served as a Senior Design Project designer at Haynes International. Known for their effective communication skills, Alexander has presented complex substation designs to large groups of stakeholders, demonstrating proficiency in high and low voltage power transmission systems.
