Amy Clay possesses a diverse background in both the hospitality and engineering sectors. With experience as a Lead Bartender, Waitress, and Relief Manager at Freddie Pauls Steakhouse Inc. from July 2013 to May 2016, Amy transitioned to engineering, working as a Mechanical Engineer at QPS Engineering, LLC from May 2016 to October 2018, and continuing with TRC Companies, Inc. since October 2018. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, earned between 2011 and 2016, and a High School Diploma from Bixby High School, completed in 2010.
