Bernard MacHesky

Bernard Machesky is an experienced construction manager with extensive expertise in managing large-scale projects across various engineering firms. Currently serving as Construction Manager at TRC Companies, Inc. since February 2018, Bernard oversees P3 bridge projects. Prior roles include Construction Project Manager and Quality Control Lead at EBA Engineering, participating in Phase 2 of the Silver Line through Dulles Airport. Bernard has also held significant positions such as Chief Resident Engineer at HDR Engineering, managing the MTA 7 Line Extension, and Lead Construction Inspector for the North Shore Connection Project. With a background in project management at GAI Engineering, and inspection roles at Site Engineering and SAI Engineering, Bernard has developed a well-rounded skill set in civil and bridge construction.
