Bill Bliem is a seasoned fleet maintenance and asset expert with over 35 years of experience in the industry. They currently serve as the Vice President of Maintenance at Miller Truck Leasing, where they lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve high standards in vehicle care and customer service. Previously, Bill held the position of Senior Project Director at TRC Companies, Inc., helping fleets navigate their zero-emission journeys. They also served as the SVP Fleet Services at NFI, managing operations and implementing process improvements that established the fleet as a leader in zero-emission technology.
