Bill’s extensive past experience includes roles as Assistant Bridge Technical Leader at GAI Consultants, Inc. and Transportation Director at Gwin, Dobson & Foreman, Inc., where they managed complex bridge and roadway projects. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown in 1999.
