David Skinner

David Skinner MBA, EIT, CCM, QSD is currently the Director of Operations at TRC Companies, Inc., where they are a project manager with over 15 years of experience in project and program management. They have a proven track record in training oversight, cost and budget tracking, project scheduling, and operations management, particularly within the heavy civil and land development construction industry. David previously held positions as Regional Manager at ADH Environmental and Stormwater Compliance Inspector at Titan DVBE, and they have expertise in areas such as Water Quality, Environmental Compliance, and financial evaluation of real estate investments. They earned their BS in Business Management and MBA from California State University, Chico.
