Dr. Stephen Galati

Dr. Stephen Galati has extensive work experience in the field of proposals and business development. Dr. Stephen started their career at Burns and Roe as a Senior Editor/Proposal Engineer III, where they managed numerous private and public proposals, created website content, wrote technical articles, and edited white papers. In 2000, they joined TRC Companies, Inc. as the Vice President, Strategic Proposals/Practice Quality Lead. In this role, they are responsible for driving strategic growth in various markets such as energy, environmental, oil and gas, and infrastructure/transportation. Dr. Galati is known for their leadership, mentorship, and vision in ensuring the company's year-over-year growth and success.

Dr. Stephen Galati, CGW, CP APMP, CQA has a strong educational background in various fields. Dr. Stephen obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Pratt Institute in 1993. Dr. Stephen then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Rhetoric from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, graduating in 1998. In 2007, they earned a Professional Development Series (PDS) certification in Emergency Management from the FEMA Emergency Management Institute. Dr. Galati then went on to complete a Doctor of Management (D.M.) degree in Management: Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2015. Recently, in 2018, they attended Harvard University where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Additionally, Dr. Galati holds several certifications, including Certified Grant Writer (CGW) from the American Grant Writers Association in 2010, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from the American Society of Quality in 2021, and Authorizer User of Chemical-Terrorism Vulnerability Information from the US DHS - Office of Infrastructure Protection in 2007. Dr. Stephen is also an APMP-Foundation Level Accreditation (CF APMP) and APMP-Practitioner Level Accreditation (CP APMP) holder from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
