Emma Tower currently serves as Scheduler I at TRC Companies, Inc. since December 2025. Prior to this role, Emma worked at Elanco from March 2021 to December 2025, focusing on Sterility Assurance where technical expertise and oversight for Contamination Control Strategy (CCS) in Biotech manufacturing were provided, along with the development of process improvement roadmaps. Previous positions included Sr. Associate roles in Sterility Assurance and TSMS, and Process Scientist for upstream vaccine manufacturing. Earlier experience includes roles as Research Associate II and I at Indigo, Research Assistant at Tulane University, and internships at prestigious institutions such as the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and Yale School of Medicine. Emma holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Tulane University.
