Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith, PE, DBIA, LEED AP BD-C, is currently the Engineering Division Manager for Site Development and Infrastructure at TRC Companies, Inc., overseeing six offices in Virginia and one in North Carolina. With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, Gregory previously held roles such as Engineering Project Manager at Hankins & Anderson and Senior Civil Engineer at Penn State University's Office of Physical Plant. Gregory has specialized in project management for a variety of multi-discipline engineering teams and has extensive expertise in both design-bid-build and design-build contracting methods. Educated at Penn State University, Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
