James Eberwine

James Eberwine has extensive work experience as a Principal Investigator, working for TRC Companies, Inc. since 2019 and previously for AECOM from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc., including Senior Project Manager from 2014 to 2016, Project Manager from 2006 to 2014, and Assistant Project Manager from 2002 to 2006.

James Eberwine holds a Master's Degree in Anthropology from Florida State University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in American History (United States) from St. Mary's College of Maryland, completing their studies from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have received certifications in FERC Environmental Review and Compliance Training from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as well as in Section 106: An Introduction and The Section 106 Advanced Seminar from the National Preservation Institute and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, respectively.
