John Seaver

John Seaver has work experience at two companies. From 2010 onwards, they have been working at TRC Companies, Inc. as a Principal. John is responsible for Distribution Automation and Advanced Distribution Management Systems deployments. This includes FLISR, Volt-Var Optimization, and Distribution Load Profiles. Before that, from 2009 onwards, they worked at South Plains College as an Adjunct Instructor. John taught courses in Power Systems Technology and also served as an advisory committee member. In addition, they taught various online courses on topics such as Electric Distribution Devices, Tools and Safety, Electrical Calculations, Basic Electric Theory, Electric Power Distribution Design, and Introduction to IVVC.

John Seaver has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Energy from The University of Texas Permian Basin. John also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from South Plains College.
