Laura Ramey

Laura Ramey has been a Chief People Officer at TRC since July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at SGS from February 2017 to July 2019. Laura has also been a member of the NAM Executive Leadership Committee and the Top 200 Global Leadership Team.

Laura has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has been working in leadership positions for the past ten years. Laura has a proven track record in leading HR operations, strategic HR/business planning, recruitment, compensation/benefits, communications and business continuation.

Under their leadership, the HR function at SGS was transformed and they achieved $4.94M in net cost savings over 24 months. Laura is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Laura Ramey has a B.S. in Business Administration with dual majors in management and marketing from Ohio Northern University.
