Luke Diggins

Luke Diggins is an Advisory Manager at TRC, focusing on the strategic challenges and opportunities presented by electrification and the energy transition for utilities, infrastructure developers, and customers. They previously served as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, providing strategic and operational advice to enhance the capacity of resources on the distribution grid. Luke studied Economics and Political Science at the University of Chicago and has held various positions, including Development Intern at the Boston Athenæum and Data Research Assistant at the Chicago Project on Security and Threats. In their personal time, Luke enjoys running, reading, and traveling.
