They have developed quality assurance programs, conducted sensory evaluations, and produced detailed reports for brewery management. Matthew earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and a B.A. in Spanish from St. Cloud State University, along with a degree in Brewing Microbiology from the Siebel Institute of Technology.
