Mike Vaughn

Mike Vaughn, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Mike currently works as the VP HR - Intelligent Grid Solutions Sector at TRC Companies, Inc. In this role, they lead a team in providing environmentally focused and digitally powered solutions for clients. Prior to this, Mike worked as the Vice President Human Resources, HR Business Partners at Driven Brands Inc. and as the Vice President Human Resources - North America and Aircraft Division at DAHER. Mike also has experience as the Director Talent Management and HR Business Partners at Framatome and as the Vice President Talent & Organizational Capability at Greif. Mike also held various HR leadership roles at CGG and Areva (also known as Framatome). Mike started their career as a Senior Recruiter and Corporate Trainer at Aerotek. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex business challenges and implement strategic HR solutions.

Mike Vaughn, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The Ohio State University.
