Nancy Gardiner

Nancy Gardiner is currently the Vice President and Principal Hydrogeologist at TRC Companies, Inc., where they lead efforts to develop water quality services. With a strong background in stormwater management, water quality monitoring, and environmental compliance, Nancy previously held senior roles at Haley & Aldrich and Weston Solutions, Inc., and served as a Senior Associate at Brown and Caldwell. They earned an A.B. in Geology from Smith College and a M.S. in Hydrogeology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Nancy is passionate about client service management and project leadership.
