Tamara Levien

Tamara Levien is an experienced professional in the utility design and distribution operations field. Currently serving as a Distribution Operations Supervisor and Utility Designer at TRC Companies, Inc. since September 2019, Levien has provided support on diverse projects for major clients, including Nevada Energy and Pacific Gas & Electric. Prior roles include Design Lead at RELIABLE POWER CONSULTANTS, INC., where management of a 20+ person team focused on challenging projects, and Design Team Lead at Primoris Services Corporation, overseeing a team and enhancing training programs. Additional experience includes project management for Xcel Energy and engineering gas and electric distribution systems for Q3 Contracting, Inc. Levien holds an Architectural Technology Associates degree from Oakton College.
