William Healy is an energy and building performance professional with extensive experience in leading research and development programs focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental quality in buildings. They are currently a lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, teaching courses on energy and environment, as well as thermal systems design and analysis. Previously, William served as the Division Chief of the Building Energy and Environment Division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), where they oversaw research aimed at developing measurement science for high-performance buildings.
