TRE For All is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) accessible to everyone, everywhere. TFA is a global network of certified Providers and Trainers who independently teach TRE, empowering individuals and communities to release stress, tension, and trauma through simple, body-based practices.

Through our network, we support inclusive, community-centered programs, workshops, and educational initiatives that help people reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and foster long-term well-being. By connecting trained professionals with those who need support, TRE For All amplifies the impact of TRE worldwide.
