Will Cardwell

Will Cardwell is a partner in Courage Ventures and Open Circle Capital, and serves as a Professor of Practice at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. They have extensive experience in venture capital, having previously held leadership roles at Eqvitec Partners and Technopolis Ventures, and co-founding the Aalto Center for Entrepreneurship in Finland. Will has been influential in fostering startups and technology transfer initiatives through notable advisory positions at various organizations. They continue to mentor emerging entrepreneurs and teach courses in entrepreneurship and venture capital across multiple institutions.
