Treant Technologies is developing Potoo, a local AI home video surveillance system that brings real intelligence to your existing cameras without the need for cloud access.

Powered by our on-device SylvanAi engine, Potoo processes and stores everything locally. This means your video stays completely private, under your control, while delivering context-aware detection, natural language search, and smart alerts that adapt to your home and routines.

We’re solving the everyday frustrations of traditional cameras: overwhelming false alerts, hours spent manually reviewing footage, and concerns about cloud privacy. Potoo turns your cameras into a helpful, private intelligence system that actually works for you.

Potoo is currently in active prototype development as a first design concept. We’re building it with real user input from the start.

Early access is now open on our website. Sign up at treant.com to get early access and share your feedback through surveys after signing up. Your input will directly help shape the product.
