Alexa Raudes is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee experience and operations. Currently serving as an Employee Experience Communications Partner and previously as a Global People Operations Specialist at Treasure Data since August 2021, Alexa has expertise in HR business partner support, employee relations, immigration management, and international HR strategies. Prior roles at Clover Network, Inc. included Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed coaching, succession planning, and data analysis, as well as People Operations Generalist, focusing on global mobility and onboarding programs.
