Eri Okawa

Eri Okawa possesses a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources, beginning as an HR Generalist at Philip Morris International from April 2017 to November 2018, focusing on campus recruiting in Japan. Eri then transitioned to LINE Corp as a Technical Recruiter from December 2018 to April 2021, managing full-cycle mid-career recruitment for both senior and entry-level developer positions. Subsequently, Eri worked at PayPay Corporation as a Global Technical Recruiter from April 2021 to October 2021, successfully filling approximately 50 mid-career positions in six months. At Flash Coffee, from November 2021 to July 2022, Eri served as the first Talent Acquisition Partner for the Japanese market, placing numerous corporate and barista staff. Currently, Eri has been a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at ByteDance since August 2022, operating across the APAC region, specifically in Tokyo, Seoul, and Southeast Asia, covering various product areas.
