Mattius McLaughlin

Mattius McLaughlin has an extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Mattius started their career in 2006 as a Developer at KE Software. In 2008, they joined PMC-Sierra as a Staff Infrastructure Engineer and worked there for 6 years. In 2014, they joined xMatters, inc as an Operations Engineer and later took on roles as an Operations Team Lead and Engineering Manager. In 2018, they joined Clio - Legal Practice Management Software as a Senior Development Manager. In 2019, they joined Cisco as a Manager and worked there until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Zapier, where they first served as a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager and later as a Director of Engineering. Currently, they are working at Treasure Data as a Sr. Director of Engineering, SRE.

Mattius McLaughlin attended Western University from 2001 to 2006. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Administration, and Computer Science.
