Patty Lee Putter

Patty Lee Putter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Patty is currently working as the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Treasure Data since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Harness as the Senior People Business Partner from December 2020 to February 2023, where they served as a consultant and thought partner to various teams. Patty also worked at EDF Renewables North America as a Human Resources Business Partner from December 2019 to December 2020, providing HR consulting and acting as a change agent. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at ServiceNow from May 2014 to January 2019, where they led multiple programs and shaped the HR agenda.
