Thomas Kurian started their work experience in 1997 at OMRON Group, where they served as the VP of New Technologies and Markets. Thomas was responsible for driving new growth plans and collaborating with various business units. From 2009 to 2011, Kurian worked as the Founder and Strategy Consultant at Highbury Strategy. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of the Corporate Strategy Office at Treasure Data, responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's global strategy.
Thomas Kurian has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on innovation, marketing, and strategy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Thomas also has completed a MIT Sloan Executive Education program in product design, development, and management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have completed a professional program in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Stanford University School of Medicine, as well as professional courses in healthcare data security, privacy, and compliance, and the social and technical context of health informatics from The Johns Hopkins University. In 2023, they will complete a professional course on AI applications in marketing and finance from The Wharton School.
