Treasure Time is a family wellbeing programme that helps parents strengthen relationships with their children through play. The result is happier homes, healthier workplaces, and stronger societies.

We know that being a working parent can feel impossible. Parents are often expected to work as if they do not have children, and parent as if they do not have a job. That tension takes a toll on families, on employers, and on society as a whole.

Treasure Time is here to change that.

Rooted in play therapy and attachment science, our programme gives parents practical, therapist-designed tools to:

- Reduce stress and overwhelm
- Improve children’s emotional wellbeing
- Boost confidence, cooperation, and communication at home

For employers, we provide a scalable wellbeing solution that leads to:

- Lower staff turnover and absenteeism
- More focused and resilient employees
- Measurable impact for ESG and wellbeing strategies

Our tiered packages combine digital learning, live expert support, and optional Play Boxes of therapist-approved activities for families. We have partnered with forward-thinking organisations such as Octopus EV to pioneer new standards of family wellbeing at work.

When parents feel supported, children thrive. When families thrive, workplaces and communities flourish.

Happy parents. Happy children. Thriving workplaces.
That's Treasure Time.
