Julia Neubronner

Julia Neubronner has extensive work experience in customer success management and graphic design. Julia currently works at TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) as a Senior Customer Success Manager since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of a Customer Success Manager at TIS from September 2022 to February 2023. Before joining TIS, Julia worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Seerene from August 2019 to August 2022. Julia also gained experience as a Customer Success Manager at Udacity from March 2019 to July 2019. Julia previously worked at Seerene as a Customer Success Manager from December 2018 to February 2019, as a Customer Value Consultant from January 2018 to November 2018, and as a Consultant from September 2016 to December 2017. Julia started their career at Babbel, where they held the position of Customer Service Team Lead from April 2014 to August 2016 and as a Customer Service Agent (Part-time) from April 2013 to March 2014. Prior to that, Julia worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Motiongraphic Artist at Roland Berger, Bayer Health Care, and WDR from 2003 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Agent (Part-time) at SNT Deutschland AG from 2011 to 2012, and as a Motion Graphic Artist at Image Plus from 2003 to 2004. Julia began their career at Arvato as a Graphic Designer/Motion Graphic Artist from 2000 to 2003.

Julia Neubronner attended Media Design school from 1997 to 2000. During their education, they obtained additional certifications in various fields. In 2017, they completed a certification in "Design Thinking: Inspirations for Design - Human-Centered Research" from the Hasso Plattner Institute. In 2018, they acquired certifications in "Business Story Telling" from The School of Life Berlin, "Design Thinking: Human Centered Design - From Synthesis to Creative Ideas," and "Human-Centered Design: From Synthesis to Creative Ideas," both from the Hasso Plattner Institute. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a certification in "Agile Business Analysis" from ibo Beratung und Training GmbH. Their most recent certification was "Programmieren lernen mit Python," which they obtained in November 2020 from the Hasso Plattner Institute.
