Mike Shaw has over a decade of experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of People Operations at Treasury Prime. Before that, they served as the Global Head of People & Talent Acquisition at Tribal. Prior roles include Sr. HR and Talent Partner at Ruby, Head of People and Culture at moovel Group, Recruiting Manager at Aequitas, and Recruiter at Kforce Inc and Maxim Healthcare Services.

Mike Shaw attended Portland State University from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management & Management Leadership.
