Stuart Boxer

Stuart Boxer is Treasury Wine Estate’s (TWE) Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer responsible for leading strategic business planning and driving priority growth, transformation and business improvement projects, the commercial investment strategy as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Stuart joined TWE in June 2020 after 11 years as Chief Financial Officer and Executive General Manager Strategy with DuluxGroup Ltd. He has significant financial, strategy and M&A experience, tenure in ASX listed entities, as well as a background in management consulting.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Melbourne and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
