Nathan Brown has extensive experience spanning multiple industries, roles, and responsibilities. Nathan is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Analytics Officer at Treasury4 since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Itron, Inc., where they held various roles including Director of Global Commercial Financing Programs, Assistant Treasurer for Foreign Exchange & Risk Management, Senior Treasury Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions, and Senior Treasury Manager for Global Treasury Operations. During their time at Itron, Brown was involved in creating innovative financing programs, managing treasury operations, and securing significant financing for customer projects.

Before joining Itron, Inc., Brown worked as a Management Consultant at The Morgan Leigh Group, where they provided consulting services for corporate treasury at Itron, Inc. Additionally, they have experience as a Chief Financial Officer at Integrated Fuel Technologies (IFT) and US Motion | Frencken America, where they successfully led strategic turnarounds of distressed companies and achieved significant revenue growth.

Early in their career, Brown worked as a Management Consultant, Author, and Entrepreneur at The Morgan Leigh Group, providing strategic guidance to various clients and conducting studies on innovation economy development. Nathan also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Webiness, overseeing a portfolio of broadband-related ventures.

Nathan Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business from San Jose State University from 1990 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their academic achievements, Nathan Brown also obtained a certification as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals in June 2012.
