Trebol Lifeworks is a purpose-driven property company. We design, build, and steward boutique hospitality ventures, regenerative farms, and real estate projects that serve as living laboratories for a regenerative future. Some projects we operate ourselves, others we open to value-aligned partners. Together with the Pioneers of Our Time Foundation, we act as catalysts for bioregional development and systemic change — showing how places, people, and nature can thrive in balance.

What We Do
Trebol Lifeworks develops and stewards properties and ventures that act as living laboratories for a regenerative future. Our core activities include:

- Boutique Hospitality – designing, building, and operating barefoot-luxury hotels, restaurants, and event venues that connect guests with nature, food, community, and culture.

- Regenerative Farming & Land Stewardship – cultivating vineyards, olive groves, and forests through regenerative practices that restore soil health, biodiversity, and long-term resilience.

- Real Estate Development & Property Management – creating new projects and regenerating existing ones, from village residences and urban apartments to campus infrastructure. We also work with landowners to regenerate and manage properties for long-term resilience, and offer selected houses and buildings for sale.

- Advisory – supporting governments, bioregional developers, real estate developers, investors, and foundations to kickstart or accelerate projects and build the strategic partnerships needed to unlock systemic change.

All of these ventures connect back to the Muga Valley Watershed Initiative, a 100,000-hectare regeneration effort in Catalunya that serves as a best-practice model for bioregional transformation.
