Adison Gara possesses extensive experience in business development and international cooperation, currently serving as Business Development Director and previously in various managerial roles at TRECCERT since February 2020. Adison co-founded and takes on the role of Research Director at the Institute for Technology and Society starting in March 2023. Prior professional roles include Senior Officer for International Cooperation and Certification at the Information and Privacy Agency, and Senior Officer for Internal Affairs at the Ministry of European Integration. Adison's military background includes leadership positions in the Kosovo Security Force, with roles such as Chief of Operations and Platoon Commander. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Security from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
