Don Agaj

Don Agaj has a diverse professional background in marketing, training development, and project assistance, currently serving as Marketing Director at TRECCERT since March 2020, after previously holding roles as Marketing Manager and Training Development Manager at the same organization. Earlier experience includes positions in sales and marketing at ELEN, project assistance at A.U.K Training and Development Institute, and internships in finance and communications at ProCredit Bank and the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, respectively. Don Agaj also gained customer service experience at IPKO Telecommunications. Academically, Don Agaj is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Liverpool John Moores University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences in Management & Entrepreneurship from Rochester Institute of Technology.
