Simoni Kondo

Simoni Kondo is a highly qualified professional with over 20 years of experience in the Quality area, focusing on Production Management, Process Engineering, and Product Development. Currently, Simoni coordinates the quality system and production at Fitesa, providing technical support to reduce customer complaints and validate equipment and products. Simoni has previously held significant roles in companies such as Unilever and Tredegar Corporation, where they led the implementation of ISO 9001 and trained colleagues in quality systems. In addition to practical experience, Simoni is pursuing an MBA in Business Management at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
