Jon Barron

Jon Barron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Tredence Inc. since June 2018, Jon leads HR initiatives across North America, overseeing a recruitment team and focusing on employee engagement and talent development. Prior to this, Jon held key roles at Gaines International, Lucas Group, and DHR International, where expertise in leadership, executive search, and client partnership was developed. Jon's diverse background includes experience in marketing and teaching, as well as a strong educational foundation with a B.A. in Political Science from Miami University and international coursework in Florence, Italy.
