David Baines is a passionate and practical MEAL Advisor at TREE AID, specializing in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. With a background in international community development and extensive experience in third sector capacity building, they have managed significant funding and developed partnerships across various organizations. Previously, David served as a Project Officer at CAFOD, a Planning and Commissioning Manager at Bristol City Council, and a Programme Manager at African Initiatives. They hold a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh.
