Lamine Sebogo is a biologist specializing in wildlife conservation and natural resource management, with over twenty-two years of experience in various international organizations. Currently, they serve as the Programme Director for African Elephant at WWF and the Director of Program Implementation for Tree Aid in West Africa. Their past roles include Regional Programme Coordinator for West and Central Africa at IUCN and a Programme Officer focused on Central and West Africa. Lamine holds degrees in Mathematics and Natural Sciences as well as in Water and Forest Engineering, Rural Development, and Wildlife Conservation from the Institut Supérieur Polytechnique.
